Adidas kids shoes and adidas kids clothes are available to provide these same technologies and performance in adidas footwear and apparel for the younger athlete.Adidas is one the most recognised sporting brands in the world today. Whether it is the 3 Stripes or the Trefoil, the brand is well known to most people and a leading company in the athletic sportswear. Its is not just associated with sportswear alone but Adidas has become very big as a fashion brand. Adidas as company is divided into 3 parts, Adidas Originals being the fashion brand of the company.Adolf ‘Adi’ Dassler was the founder of Adidas all the way back in 1924. Back then it was named something completely different but he was also in partnership with his brother Rudolf Dassler, but this partnership did not last too long as they parted company and Rudolf set up another company who would later become Puma. Adolf Dassler registered Adidas AG in 1949 as the brand he wished to progress under and that was the beginning. One of the first people to wear Adi’s shoes at a major event before the emergence of Adidas, was the great Jessie Owens. Adi took a long trip to get to the Olympic Village to see Owens and persuaded him to wear his spiked shoes, specially made for the games.Adidas laced trainers, available in three combinations of white have two distinct and valuable characteristics. The obvious first of these is that the lace material used to create the shoes’ upper lets air circulate around the foot. This shoe “breathability” is further amplified by a series of eyelet vents. The other less obvious advantage to Adidas laced trainers is that they are remarkably inexpensive. Adidas Laced trainers cost fifty percent less than most other Adidas gym shoes. Adidas laced trainers also feature a flat soled traction surface that make them very suitable for a wide range of sports activities, including tennis, skateboarding and if one is truly up to the adventure, walking. Owens did wear them and with these he went on to win 4 Olympic Gold medals. After the games letters started arriving about other teams wanting the footwear that was work by the famous sportsman and before they knew it they were selling 200,000 pairs of shoes a year and this was before the time of the second world war.Adi’s vision was to provide every athlete with footwear for their respective discipline, and this was the principle that he used up until his death in 1978. After his death, Adi’s wife and son took over the business and took strides to progress it to the next stage. Under the guidance of Adi’s son Horst, the company perfected the opportunities offered by sports promotions but also from this Adidas became a leading innovator in the sports marketing field. In 1987, Horst Dassler suddenly passed away, and with his death the company went through a tough time of struggle. 1989 saw Bernard Tapie buy the company and start to ship production to Asia, but come 1992, Tapie could not afford to carry on a financial agreement with the bank so they agreed to sell the company on in stepped Robert Louis-Dreyfus who was a friend of Tapie.Despite its heritage as a sports shoe, the Adidas trainer has since developed into one of the coolest street shoe brands around. Its distinctive three-stripe design is adapted into different colour ways and designs each season, spoiling Adidas fans for choice. Its styles range from chunky tennis-style trainers, to slimline leather and suede sneakers. They come in a whole range of colours, including this season’s distinctive Americana Lo shoe in sand with gold and purple trimming, the Adidas Superstar 86 trainer in a purple and white graffiti graphic, and the Superstar 1 trainer designed with stars. And that’s just for the boys. In the girls’ range, there’s the Originals Adi Hoop Lo trainer in white with metallic gold stripes and a gold swirl design on the soles, the Stan Smith trainer in pink and grey, and the Adidas Nizza High Sleek trainer with striking black floral patterning on white. No one can dispute that Adidas is King when it comes to retro-cool sneakers and street shoes – but it is also famed for its high-performance sports gear. The brand is loved by athletes and celebrities alike, from Tim Henman to Missy Elliott. There’s something appealing about Adidas’ low-key, street-wise approach to its brand image and advertising that makes it the shoe of choice for people from all walks of life, and with all music and cultural tastes. After all, Adidas is the brand championed by Hip-Hop legends Run-DMC in the nineties, who even penned a song called ‘My Adidas’. Pairs of Adidas trainers belonging to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin have been auctioned off for charity on Ebay, and Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher is renowned for having a closet full of unworn Adidas sneakers. No wonder then, that Adidas sells millions of pairs of trainers worldwide.Sports lovers are just as spoilt for choice with the Adidas range, even if they want to wear sporty sneakers for posing in rather than playing in. The Adidas ZX700 trainer gives the chunky sports shoe a retro 80’s look with dark and lime greens on black and white, and the equally retro basketball-style ZX7000 in purple, mint green and white. Wimbledon fans will love the Adidas Originals Tennis Advantage trainer in silver and white, as well as the Adi Tennis Canvas in white with blue trimming. Sporty types can also kit themselves out in Adidas clothing, like the Brussel Track Top in white, or the Originals Firebird 1 Track Top in black. So whether you’re into the sports style, or the street style, there is something you’ll love within the Adidas range.
